Grizzlies Update: Nov 1: Box PM and True Shooting
Quickly becoming one of my favorite non-spurs teams ever. I miss Kyle’s defense and Melton makes so much happen without having to score. >60 total minutes played required to be on chart.
November 1st Update: Offensive Rating vs True Shooting %
Monday Morning Offensive Update. I’m trying something different. To increase the influence of circle size I am normalizing the net rating from 0-100 across the actual range of -14.6 –> 16.7. The Twolves are at the top of the 3pt rate with the Bulls and Hawks at the other end.
October 29th Update: 3pt% Catch & Shoot vs Pull Up
Data from NBA.com. The Bulls are shooting nearly 40% in both categories which is a pretty amazing start. Six teams are shooting over 40% off the dribble which also rather amazing. Also, don’t miss the 76ers way up there.

It’s takes a village! The Bulls are shooting over 40% but have the league’s lowest rate (pssst, should we tell them?”). It’s gonna be a tough year for Detroit. The Knicks have joined the Jazz in the “let em fly!” club. The Grizz and the Hornets have amazing offensive ratings to start the season.
